2013 for NetSuite has been all about growth so far. Apart from the slew of acquisitions and partnerships, NetSuite‘s focus is to increase its presence internationally. Australia, one of the biggest international markets for the cloud, continues to be a key market to NetSuite’s global success. The shift to cloud computing is apparent in Australia and even the local government has announced a national cloud strategy.[i]
Not to be overlooked, however, is neighboring New Zealand. According to a recent survey from Frost & Sullivan, 57% of organisations in New Zealand intend to increase their cloud budget in the coming year.[ii]
NetSuite has been increasing its foothold in New Zealand with a steady flow of new customer and channel partner wins. In keeping with the major announcements and events in the first half of the year, including a hugely successful customer and partner convention in May, NetSuite has decided to share insights into the best cloud practices in New Zealand with an upcoming inaugural Cloud Forum. To be held in The Langham, Auckland on the 30th of July, this cloud event will feature industry leaders sharing strategic insights into the future of cloud computing.
I will be joined by influential industry analyst Ben Kepes, who will discuss the key challenges facing New Zealand businesses beyond deployment of cloud systems, highlighting why flexibility will be key to the changing face of the workforce. NetSuite solution provider partners Fronde, Fusion5, Liberate IT and BPR Solutions will also be on site to demonstrate their solutions and discuss further how organisations can benefit from the cloud.
Of course, NetSuite’s Cloud Forum will not be complete without real-life testimonials from actual cloud users. This event will feature a panel of three executives from New Zealand-based companies discussing how NetSuite’s cloud-based solutions have helped them run their businesses more efficiently. Participants can get first-hand information from Tim Cunningham, Managing Director of cosmetics company QVS; Marc Phillips, Sales Manager of Sulco Tools, a family-owned distributor of hand tools and heavy equipment; and lastly, Amish Vallabh, CFO of Fronde.
So whether you are transitioning to the cloud or advancing to the next level, this forum offers strategic insights that can help you make the most of your cloud investment. Register here now!
See you in Auckland!
